The only way to beat social
anxiety disorder is to make changes to your behaviour. These
changes
force alterations in your subconscious mind. Such
alterations actually cure the disorder. I know this because I've done
it myself.
It is your behaviour that
decides what your
subconscious believes. Up to now, you've been behaving in
ways which
communicated to your subconscious that social situations are
threatening. That communication of threat brings on the
anxiety.
You can reshape your behaviour to
send new
messages to your subconscious mind. Those new messages will undo the
communication of
threat.
Once the communication of threat is
stopped,
