The only way to beat social anxiety disorder is to make changes to your behaviour. These changes force alterations in your subconscious mind. Such alterations actually cure the disorder. I know this because I've done it myself.

You can reshape your behaviour to send new messages to your subconscious mind. Those new messages will undo the communication of threat.
